Step 1- go to California
Step 2- go deep sea fishing
Step 3- catch an awesome 30 lb tuna
Okay, so those steps really aren’t necessary to make this recipe, however my dad might tell you differently. My dad is legitimately obsessed with fishing. He is always going on fishing trips, and loves to go deep-sea fishing in California. The last trip he took, he actually caught something good! (Just kidding dad J) He reeled in a monster 30lb Tuna. According to him, it was quite the fighter. Upon returning home, he was kind enough to share his bounty with us. He also filled us in on his favorite way to prepare and cook it. I tweaked it a bit by turning it into kebabs with some yummy veggies. And wow! These kebabs are delicious! My family has had a huge influence on me, and a lot of the recipes I post reflect their input. Thanks dad for the inspiration! I was never super into fish, however these kebabs are totally to die for. I am slowly but surely expanding my taste for fish and other seafood. I hope that you enjoy these kebabs as much as we did!!
