Tuna Burger

October 22, 2018 by Elle Leave a Comment

Tasty Tuna Burgers! I came up with this meal because I wanted to incorporate more fish into my diet and some more protein.  This recipe is a great way to do both.  Also I am gluten and dairy free and that totally follows along with that as well. Sometimes I am hesitant to eat canned fish but I got this recipe idea in my head and I went ahead and tested it out anyway.  I was really surprised! It tasted really fresh and not fishy at all.  I wouldn’t recommend this meal as leftovers however.  Something about reheating it changes the taste.  I am such a huge fan of fresh food.

I tweaked it a bit by turning it into kebabs with some yummy veggies. And wow! These kebabs are delicious! My family has had a huge influence on me, and a lot of the recipes I post reflect their input. Thanks dad for the inspiration! I was never super into fish, however these kebabs are totally to die for. I am slowly but surely expanding my taste for fish and other seafood. I hope that you enjoy these kebabs as much as we did!!…
